“This scholarship is important to me because it helps me pursue my dream of becoming an elementary educator. I want to make an impact in my community and help shape the youth of tomorrow. In the fall, I plan to attend CU Denver where I will pursue a degree in Elementary Education and Human Development. The program allows me to get my Bachelor of Arts and then specialize in a Master’s Program plan of study in the area of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education.”
