“I am passionate about becoming a Forensic Technician and a Photographer, and this scholarship is crucial to making those dreams a reality. My parents, immigrants, who arrived with nothing, always emphasized that they don’t want me to live the same struggles they faced. My father is the breadwinner of our family and always has been. That being said, I promised him that I would follow my dream to the best of my ability, ensuring he never has to worry about money again.
I prefer not to rely on my parents for financial help, knowing that it would be difficult or impossible for them to be able to provide me with the money that it takes to have this career. This scholarship brings me one step closer to achieving my dreams, not only as a Forensic Technician and a Photographer, but also to ensure my family is happy and secure. They’ve always supported me, and I want to repay that by relieving them of their struggles.
After graduation, I plan to attend MSU (Denver) to study Criminal Justice. I promise to use any financial support wisely as I continue to strive for success in my academic and personal pursuits. I’m now ready to face new challenges and pursue greater opportunities.”
