He has worked as a national distributor of athletic surfaces and as an executive at a startup sports and entertainment consulting firm, which helped him develop close contacts within national and local sports.  Tom also worked with the Denver Broncos, as a sports consultant in Denver and as the General Manager of San Francisco’s historic Presidio Golf Course. He cites being a leader, a visionary, and having good salesmanship along with persistence and being a team player as important to his success.
